I can’t say enough good things about Aly. He had our back the whole way through. On top of all that, he also helped a family member sell their townhouse for the highest price in their area. Generally, I am very reluctant of two things:

1. Conducting business with sales professionals (due to my previous pushy experiences); and secondly,
2. Conducting business with friends (as it can sometimes create complications).

I decided to work with Aly on the sale of this investment property because I was impressed with his honest, clear and "non-pressured" guidance over a casual chat on what to do with this specific property.

I am very glad I made this decision, because to date I have not experienced a more professional, straight forward and quick transaction of any kind before.

From the beginning Aly provided his non-biased opinion on the list price and advised of the potential risks of increasing and decreasing, I really felt like Aly put himself in the shoes of the buyer and not once did I feel any pressure to list at a price that I was uncomfortable with or accept an offer that I was uncomfortable with. Aly truly treated this deal as his own.

The home was sold within a week, I believe this transaction's quick close was not because of the "hot" market but rather the non-rushed discussion on the associated risks of listing at varying price points.
